Smoked Salmon and Cheese Rounds recipe

Serve this smoked salmon cheese spreadon toasted bagel rounds, English muffins or sourdough bread.

Recipe: Smoked Salmon andCheese Rounds

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/3 cup skinless, boneless flaked smoked salmon or other smokedfish
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Freshly ground black pepper
Toasted bagels, English muffins or sourdough bread

  • Combine cheeses in a bowl using an electricmixer.
  • Stir in smoked fish, tomatoes, onion,parsley, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.
  • Spread on toasted bagels, English muffinsor sourdough bread.

    Makes 8 servings.
