Recipe: Smoked Gouda ChiveSpread
2 cups Wisconsin Smoked Gouda Cheese,shredded
1/4 cup butter, cubed and softened
1/4 cup fresh chives, snipped
1 tablespoon coarse ground mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or to taste
1/4 cup amber or dark beer, room temperature
Cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread slices
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
