Recipe: Slim ‘n Frosty FruitShake
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup cream-style low fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches,cantaloupe, blueberries, or raspberries)
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
Makes 3 servings.
Note: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeledbanana several hours before using.
