Shrimp with Caribbean Salsa recipe

Serve this Caribbean-style salsa, madewith mango, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño and crumbled fetacheese with cooked shrimp.

Recipe: Shrimp with CaribbeanSalsa

1 cup mango, coarsely chopped
1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon each fresh minced cilantro and jalapeño pepper
2 to 3 ounces Feta cheese (crumbled)
1 pound shrimp (cooked, peeled, deveined)

  • Mix mango, avocado, salsa, cilantro andjalapeño pepper in bowl; add cheese and toss.
  • Serve with shrimp.

    Makes 6 servings.
