Sensibly Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies.

Recipe: Sensibly Peanut Butter”Crunch” Cookies

1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened3 tablespoons brown sugar blend (suchas SPLENDA)2 tablespoons sugar blend for baking (suchas SPLENDA)1 large egg1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 (1.55 ounces) NESTL CRUNCH CandyBar or 3 Fun Size NESTL CRUNCH Candy Bars, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugarblend and sugar blend for baking in large mixer bowl until smooth.Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour andbaking soda. Stir in chopped Crunch bar. Drop by rounded teaspoononto baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or just untilgolden around edges. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; removeto wire racks to cool completely.

    Makes 30 cookies.
