Savory Fresh Apricot Bites recipe

Fresh apricot halves are filled with creamcheese and sprinkled with pistachios. So good, and so easy!

Recipe: Savory Fresh ApricotBites

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 fresh apricots, halved
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped

  • Stir cream cheese until smooth; pipe orspoon into apricot halves.
  • Sprinkle tops with pistachios.
  • Serve as an appetizer, snack, or dessert.

    Makes 12 servings.
