Recipe: Savory BlueberrySauce
3/4 cup chicken* broth – divided use
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
Makes 4 servings.
*Vegetable broth can be substituted, ifdesired.
