Sausage & Egg Casserole recipe

Recipe: Sausage & EggCasserole

6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt

  • Mix all ingredients together and pourinto 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to40 minutes, or until hot.

    Makes 8 servings.
