Saucy Sausages recipe

A party favorte, smoked cocktail sausagesserved in a sauce made with grape jelly, your favorite brandof barbecue sauce and a touch of red wine or grape juice.

Recipe: Saucy Sausages

1 cup grape jelly, (or any desired flavor)
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1/4 cup red wine*
2 pounds fully-cooked smoked cocktail sausages

  • Combine the jelly, barbecue sauce andwine in a crockpot or Dutch oven.
  • Add the sausages and heat until hot.
  • Serve in the crockpot or a chafing dish.

    Makes about 80.

    *Or substitute with red wine vinegar, grapejuice, tomato or vegetable juice or broth.
