Use this fruit glaze on ham, it would alsobe great on tofu as well, or use it as a sauce over rice or broccoli.
Recipe: Saucy Fruit Glaze
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, crushed
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
Makes about 1 cup.
