Salsa Bean Dip recipe

Salsa Bean Dip.Whether you make it for a party or makeit just to have around, this dip is a tasty snack you can whipup in minutes.

Recipe: Salsa Bean Dip

1 (16-ounce) can ORTEGA Refried Beans
1/2 cup ORTEGA Salsa – Thick & Chunky (Medium)
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

  • Heat beans, salsa and cheese in mediumsaucepan over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubblyand cheese is melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Variations: Add 1/4 cup ORTEGA Diced GreenChiles or 2 teaspoons diced jalapeños.

    Uh oh. You re gonna have to duke it out with Novotny for my money, his Cowboy Salsa is the best around. I declare a bean dip throw down challenge I volunteer to be the judge! This dip looks amazeballs!!I love all ur recipes on ur blog!! One question though, i hate packaged Italian dressings, would u suggest to make my own vinaigrette that would be similar? Thanks so much!!
