S'More Bars.

With this tasty indoor version of s’mores,the only thing missing is the need for a campfire.

Recipe: S’More Bars

22 whole graham crackers8 cups minitature marshmallows – divideduse2 cups (12 ounce package) NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels – divided use5 tablespoons butter1/4 cup light corn syrup1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preheat broiler. Butter 13 x 9-inch bakingpan.
  • Break graham crackers into small pieces;discard crumbs. Combine graham cracker pieces, 4 cups marshmallowsand 1/2 cup morsels in large bowl.
  • Heat remaining marshmallows, remainingmorsels, butter and corn syrup in large saucepan over mediumheat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat; stirin vanilla extract. Pour over graham cracker mixture; toss wellto coat. Firmly press mixture into prepared pan.

    Makes 24 (2 dozen) bars.

    There are a total of eight bars folded into my S more Bar batter. That and a whole ten ounces of broken graham cracker pieces. I left the graham crackers in large pieces because I wanted a layered effect with different textures in every bite. Just like a real s more. This looks fantastic and just the ticket to take to an event for the h! My only question was if you used the full-sized marshmallows, like you can fit on a stick for toasting, or the smaller ones which seem like they might fold in better? Either way, hard to see how you could go wrong. From one Hershey s fan to another, thanks!
