Ros Punch recipe

A very grown-up version of party punch.A perfect cocktail punch for an appetizer party.

Recipe: Ros Punch

1 (750-ml.) bottle ros wine
1 (28-ounce) bottle club soda
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
Ice mold
2 (750-ml.) bottles dry sparkling wine, like Champagne
Frozen orange slices, as garnish

  • Combine first four ingredients and pourover ice mold in punch bowl. Add sparkling wine as guests arrive.
  • Serve in wine glasses, floating orangeslices in each to keep punch chilled.

    Makes about 30 (1/2-cup) servings.
