Chewy chocolate brownies topped with chocolatechips, miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts.
Recipe: Rocky Road Brownies
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease9-inch square baking pan.
Stir together chocolate chips, marshmallowsand nuts; set aside.
In a small bowl mix together flour, cocoa,baking powder and salt; set aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butterin microwave at HIGH (100%) for 1 minute or until melted.
Stir sugar, vanilla and eggs into meltedbutter until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until wellblended. Spread batter into preparedpan.
Bake for 23 minutes; remove from oven.
Sprinkle chocolate chip mixture over top.Bake an additional 5 to 6 minutes or until marshmallows havesoftened and puffed slightly. Cool completely.
Cut into squares.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Makes 16 to 20 brownies.
