1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Maple Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup maple syrup
