Reuben Dip recipe

Cream cheese and sour cream are combinedwith the classic Reuben ingredients, corned beef, sauerkraut,and Swiss cheese to make a dip with rye crackers being the naturalchoice for dippers.

Recipe: Reuben Dip

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese1/4 cup sour cream4 ounces sliced corned beef, finely chopped1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped2 to 3 tablespoons milk (optional)Rye crackers

  • Heat cream cheese, sour cream, cornedbeef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut insmall sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milkif necessary.
  • Serve with rye crackers.

    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
