Red Berry Layered Salad recipe

A festive, cranberry, raspberry and cherrygelatin layered salad for the holidays.

Recipe: Red Berry LayeredSalad

1 (3-ounce) package raspberry gelatin2 cups boiling water1 (10-ounce) box frozen raspberries2 cups sour cream1 (3-ounce) package cherry gelatin1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained1 (16-ounce) can whole cranberry sauce

  • Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup hotwater. Add frozen raspberries and stiruntil well mixed. Pour into a glass bowl. Refrigerate until almostfirm.
  • Spread sour cream over firm gelatin. Refrigerate.
  • Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup hot water.Stir in crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill until partiallyset.
  • Spoon cherry gelatin mixture over sourcream layer. Chill until firm.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
