Ravioli with Creamy Garden Vegetable Sauce.

Recipe: Ravioli with CreamyGarden Vegetable Sauce

1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI® LightFour Cheese Ravioli, cooked, drained and kept warm
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional)
1 (15-ounce) container BUITONI® Garden Vegetable Sauce (fat-free)
1 (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained (optional)
1/2 cup NESTL ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese – divided use

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-highheat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
  • Add wine; cook for 1 minute.
  • Add pasta, sauce, olives, evaporated milkand 2 tablespoons cheese; toss well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutesor until heated through. Top with remaining cheese.

    Makes 4 servings.
