Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and Artichokes.

Recipe: Ravioli with AlfredoSauce and Artichokes

1 (10-ounce) package BUITONI® AlfredoSauce
1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI® Four Cheese Ravioli
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
2 cups red and/or yellow bell pepper strips
2 tablespoons white wine or vegetable broth

  • Cook and drain ravioli according to packagedirections. Keep warm.
  • Heat olive oil in medium skillet overmedium heat. Add garlic.
  • Cook for 1 minute. Add artichokes, bellpeppers and wine.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3minutes. Add pasta and sauce.
  • Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

    Makes 4 servings.

    This is a much sought after recipe from a popular chain restaurant –my nephew worked there as a cook and gave it to me. Prepared ravioli and Alfredo sauce combine with chicken and mozzarella cheese in this baked pasta dish.
