Raspberry Walnut Brownies.

Super quick and easy thanks to the useof refrigerated walnut brownie dough which is simply spread withraspberry jam and drizzled with melted white morsels over thetop to create an impressive dessert without the work!

Recipe: Raspberry WalnutBrownies

1 package NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Walnut Brownie Bar Dough
1/3 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels

  • Bake brownies according to package directions.Immediately spread jam over brownies. Cool completely in panon wire rack.
  • Microwave morsels in small, heavy-dutyplastic bag on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; knead.Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, kneading untilsmooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over brownies.

    Makes 12 brownies.

    Lovely brownies and enjoy the raspberries in them. I halved the amount of brown sugar but reckon next time id put all of it in as I didn’t find them too sweet. Mine weren’t very squidgy either so not sure what happened there, although I cooked them for ins so maybe less cooking time needed. Overall really enjoyed them. Tried these tonight and the result was amazing! Deep, gooey, mega chocolatey with the sharp tang of the raspberries providing a wonderful contrast of flavour. Does anyone know if they freeze ok?
