Raspberry Sauce recipe

Serve this simple raspberry sauce on icecream, cake or as desired.

Recipe: Raspberry Sauce

2 (12-ounce) packages frozen unsweetenedraspberries, thawed,with juices1 cup granulated sugar

  • Pur e raspberries with juices andsugar in processor until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to strainer set overbowl; press on solids to extract asmuch liquid as possible; discard solids in strainer.

    Makes about 3 cups.
