Raspberry Orange Brunch Smoothie recipe

Whirl together orange juice, frozen raspberriesand a little sugar, strain out the seeds and then stir in milkfor a deliciously unique beverage to serve for brunch.

Recipe: Raspberry OrangeBrunch Smoothie

3 cups orange juice
3 cups individually frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk

  • In a blender container, place first threeingredients. Cover and process at high until smooth.
  • Press mixture through sieve to removeraspberry seeds.
  • Stir in milk and serve in chilled glasses.

    Makes 6 servings.
