Raspberry-Banana Soy Smoothie recipe

Soy is the latest nutritional rage, andthis fruity shake is an easy way to add a serving to your day.

Recipe: Raspberry-BananaSoy Smoothie

2 cups soy milk, regular, flavored orfat-free
2 cups raspberries
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Combine soy milk, raspberries, bananasand yogurt in a blender and process until creamy, 5 to 10 seconds.
  • Pour into cold glasses, sprinkle nutmegon top, and serve at once.

    Makes 2 servings.

    Shopping Tip: Look for soy milk in thenatural food section of well-stocked supermarkets, and of course,in almost any natural food store.
