Recipe: Raspberry Apple DanishSpread
1 (8-ounce package PHILADELPHIA NeufchatelCheese, softened
1 apple, chopped
2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
1/3 cup granola
Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon crackers
Makes 12 servings (1 1/2 cups).
Variation: To serve as a cracker topperinstead, spread 60 Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crackers with creamcheese. Combine apples and jam; spoon onto crackers. Top withgranola. Place in a single layer in shallow casserole pan. Bakeat 350 F for five minutes or until warmed.
