Quick Holiday Custard recipe

Super easy, blender-mixed, baked vanillacustard with a hint of nutmeg.

Recipe: Quick Holiday Custard

3 large eggs
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender andprocess until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 9-inchpie plate.
  • Bake until set and light brown about 40to 45 minutes.
