Quiche Lorraine recipe
This easy, elegant quiche makes a deliciousbrunch, lunch or dinner served with a fresh fruit salad. QuicheLorraine can be prepared 2 to 4 hours in advance of baking; chilluntil ready to bake.
Recipe: Quiche Lorraine
1 (10-ounce) package frozen Welsh rarebit,cooked according to package directions
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon sliced green onion

Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie crust. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining filling ingredients. Pour into quiche dish.
