Recipe: Pumpkin Torte withOrange Cream Filling
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (30-ounce) can LIBBY’S® Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix – divideduse (See note below.)
3 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup (5 fluid ounce can) NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marinier)or orange juice – divided use
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Orange rind slices (optional)
Makes 12 servings.
