“Pumped Up” Chocolate Milkshake recipe

'Pumped Up' Chocolate Milkshake.Thisclassic chocolate milkshake made with low fat ice cream is morethan just cool, rich and creamy; it also includes a surprise- pumpkin! Pumpkin adds rich body while also providing aboost of fiber and Vitamin A. The fat free evaporated milk offersextra richness and calcium without providing any extra fat. Allthis makes for a yummy and satisfying treat!

Recipe: “Pumped Up”Chocolate Milkshake

2 cups (4 large scoops) Chocolate EDY’S®or DREYER’S® SLOW CHURNED™ Light Ice Cream
2/3 cup (5 ounce can) NESTL ® CARNATION® EvaporatedFat Free Milk
1/2 cup LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin

  • Place ice cream, evaporated milk and pumpkinin blender; cover. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pourinto glasses.

    Makes 2 (8-ounce) servings.
