Pudding Cake recipe

A ‘cake-mix-easy’, fix-it-up and call ithomemade pudding cake.

Recipe: Pudding Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 regular-size milk chocolate candy bar, grated
4 large eggs
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup sour cream

  • In a mixing bowl, blend yellow cake mixwith instant vanilla pudding mix, oil, cold water, chocolatechips, grated chocolate candy bar, eggs, chopped pecans and sourcream.
  • Pour into a greased and floured flutedor tube pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) oven 50minutes. Do not overbake.

    Makes 12 servings.
