Potluck Baked Beans recipe
It’s almost a guarantee you’ll beasked for the recipe when you take these beans to your next potluck,picnic or get-together. My family says these beans are so richand tasty, they should be called candied baked beans. With acombination of complementary flavors, they’re just plain good,no matter what you call ’em!

Recipe: Potluck Baked Beans
4 (28-ounce) cans baked beans*, drained
1 3/4 cups dark or light brown sugar**
3 tablespoons dry mustard
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 slices of bacon, diced
Makes 32 (1/2 cup) servings. (Recipe canbe halved.)
*Use a premium brand of beans for bestresults. The amount of beans is approximate, a little more orless is okay.
**For a richer, old-fashioned molassestaste and deeper color, use dark brown sugar.
