Pop-a-rific Popcorn Balls recipe

Know what makes these popcorn balls ‘pop-a-rific’?They’re the easiest and tastiest popcorn balls to make ever!

Recipe: Pop-a-rific PopcornBalls

3 quarts popped popcorn, unsalted
1 (16-ounce) package marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margarine

  • Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • In a large saucepan, cook marshmallowsand butter or margarine over low heat until melted and smooth*.
  • Pour over popcorn, tossing gently to mixwell. Cool five minutes.
  • Butter hands well and form into 2 1/2-inchballs.

    Makes about 14 balls.

    *To color the popcorn balls, add a fewdrops of food coloring to the smooth marshmallow mixture. Mixwell to distribute color evenly, then pour over popcorn as instructed.
