3 cups cooked rice
4 cups milk – divided use
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extractPineapple Sauce:1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
