Pineapple Salsa recipe

Fruit salsa bring a change of pace frompurchased salsa. Serve this simple and delicious pineapple salsawith your holiday ham or with ShreddedPork Tacos.

Recipe: Pineapple Salsa

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons seeded and finely chopped jalapeno chile *
2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredientswell. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve coldor at room temperture.

    Makes about 1 cup.

    * When handling hot peppers, wear rubbergloves to protect skin.
