Pina Colada Dip recipe

Combine plain yogurt, vanilla pudding,crushed pineapple, whipped topping, coconut and rum flavoringfor a fabulous dip for fresh fruit and angel food and/or poundcake crudit s.

Recipe: Pina Colada Dip

2 (8-ounce each) containers plain low-fatyogurt1 (4-ounce) package instant vanilla puddingmix1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained1 teaspoon coconut extract1 teaspoon rum extract1 cup non-dairy whipped topping, thawedFresh fruit, angel food or pound cakecut into bite size pieces

  • In medium bowl, blend yogurt and puddingmix; stir in pineapple and extracts. Foldin whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with fruit and cake crudit s.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
