This pesto-flavored flatbread is a delightfuladdition to any appetizer line-up.

Recipe: Pesto Bread

1 (7-ounce) package BUITONI® Pestowith Basil
1 (8-ounce) baguette, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Spread pesto over bread; sprinkle evenlywith cheese. Place on baking sheet.
  • Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until breadis crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.

    Makes 8 servings.
