Peppermint-Chocolate Smoothie recipe

A low-fat, low-sugar (if sugar-free puddingmix is used) peppermint and chocolate flavored smoothie witha festive peppermint stick stirrer.

Recipe: Peppermint-ChocolateSmoothie

6 cups chocolate fat free skim milk
1 (4-serving-size) package instant vanilla or chocolatepudding mix (regular or sugar-free)
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Peppermint sticks

  • In a blender container combine half ofthe chocolate fat free skim milk and the pudding mix. Cover andblend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher; stir in remaining chocolatefat free skim milk and peppermint extract. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  • To serve, stir mixture; pour into glasses.Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick stirrer.

    Makes 8 (6-ounce) servings.
