Peanutty Piña Colada Bars recipe
These scrumptious bars combine the flavorof pineapple and coconut with white chocolate chips. This wonderfulrecipe was created by Jennifer Sweigert of Lynn Haven, Florida.
Recipe: Peanutty PiñaColada Bars
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter1/2 cup butter3/4 cup granulated sugar3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 large eggs, beaten1/2 teaspoon coconut extract1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup all-purpose flour2 cups (12 ounce package) NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels1/3 cup piña colada-flavored yogurt1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted*
Makes 32 bars.
*To toast coconut, spread coconut in singlelayer in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350°F (175°C)oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until light brown, watching carefullyand stirring 2 to 3 times to prevent burning.
