Peanut Butterscotch Drops.

Recipe: Peanut ButterscotchDrops

1 (11-ounce) package or 1 2/3 cups NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 1/2 cups corn flake cereal

  • Line baking sheets with waxed paper.
  • Place morsels in large, microwave-safebowl. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70 %) power for 1 minute; stir.Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirringuntil smooth. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add corn flakes;stir until coated.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoon onto preparedbaking sheets. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm. Storein airtight container in refrigerator.

    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. Remove from stove and stir in cornflakes. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Chill to harden.
