Peanut Butter Treasure Cheesecake.

Recipe: Peanut Butter TreasureCheesecake

1 1/2 cup (about 45) finely ground chocolatewafer cookies
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION® SweetenedCondensed Milk
3 large eggs
6 ounces NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet ChocolateBaking Bars, melted and cooled
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (12-ounce) package Peanut Butter NESTL ® TREASURES®,coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa,(optional)

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).Grease 9-inch springform pan.
  • For Crust: Combine cookie crumbs and butterin medium bowl. Press onto bottom and 1-inch up side of preparedpan.
  • For Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese andsweetened condensed milk in large mixer bowl until smooth. Beatin eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir in NestlTreasures; pour into prepared crust.
  • Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until edgesare set but center still moves slightly. Remove from oven; coolcompletely in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate for several hoursor overnight. Remove side of pan; sprinkle with cocoa beforeserving.

    Makes 12 servings.

    Variation: Substitute Chocolate Creme orToasted Coconut NESTL TREASURES.

    Alison, this sounds wonderful, I m a sucker for anything with peanut butter and chocolate. No Bake just makes it too easy! The salty sweet thing sounds so good though!
