Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake recipe

Incredibly delish! A cocoa and graham crackercrust boasts a cheesecake filling flavored with melted semisweetchocolate and peanut butter chips.

Recipe: Peanut Butter ChocolateChip Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter chips, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar,unsweetened baking cocoa, and melted butter. Press onto the bottomof a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheeseuntil fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, eggs,vanilla, then melted peanut butter chips and semisweet chocolatechips. Pour over the crust and bake at 375°F (190°C)for 55 to 65 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool.

    Makes 12 servings.
