Peanut Butter Chocolate Baskets.

These tiny baskets made out of chocolateand filled with peanut butter filling are the perfect treat atthe end of a big Easter dinner.

Recipe: Peanut Butter ChocolateBaskets

36 NESTL Milk Chocolate or ButterfingerNestEggs, unwrapped – divided use
15 small candy paper liners
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened

  • Microwave 21 NESTL NestEggs inmedium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) powerfor 1 minute; STIR. The NESTL NestEggs may retain someof their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted. With asmall pastry brush, coat inside of 15 small candy paper linerswith melted chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes; coat any thinspots. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Beat peanut butter, sugar and butter insmall mixer bowl until creamy.
  • Peel paper gently from chocolate cups.Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon peanut butter filling. Beforeserving, top each cup with 1 NESTL NestEgg. Store inrefrigerator.
