A delicious, peachy-creamy fat-free frozendessert that’s sure to please.

Recipe: Peach Ice Milk

5 cups (about 5 medium) sliced fresh peachesor nectarines1 1/2 cups water1 cup dry NESTL ® CARNATION®Instant Nonfat Dry Milk1/3 cup granulated sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Place peaches, water, dry milk, sugarand vanilla extract in blender or food processor; cover. Blenduntil smooth. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according tomanufacturer’s directions.

    Makes 8 servings.

    Note: To make recipe in home freezer, pourblended mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Freeze for 1 houror until partially frozen. Spoon mixture into blender or foodprocessor; cover. Blend until smooth.
