Peach Ice Cream recipe

Peaches and cream…never was there a pairso meant for each other!

Recipe: Peach Ice Cream

3 cups peeled, mashed fresh peaches3/4 cup granulated sugar5 cups milk2 cups whipping cream1 (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk1 cup granulated sugar3 tablespoons vanilla extract

  • Combine peaches and 3/4 cup sugar in alarge bowl; mixing well. Add milk and remaining ingredients andmix well.
  • Pour peach mixture into freezer containerof a 5-quart, hand-turned or electric freezer. Freeze accordingto manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Pack, freezer with additional ice andsalt, and let stand 1 hour before serving.

    Makes 1 gallon.
