Recipe: Oregon Hazelnut Brittle
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
