Orange Smoothie with a Secret recipe

The secret is that this healthy smoothiehas an unusual ingredient: mashed sweet potatoes which adds extranutrition and fiber.

Recipe: Orange Smoothie witha Secret

1 cup frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt1/2 cup cold mashed sweet potatoes1 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • In blender container, combine all ingredients.Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 servings.

    Variation: Banana Orange Smoothie: Add1 small ripe banana and 1 cup orange juice; blend as above. Makes3 (8-ounce) servings.
