Orange Cream Fruit Salad recipe

A festive fruit salad with a deliciousorange cream dressing.

Recipe: Orange Cream FruitSalad

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanillapudding mix1 1/2 cups milk1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate3/4 cup sour cream1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, trained1 (16-ounce) can peach slices, drained1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange slices2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced1 medium apple, cored and sliced

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine puddingmix, milk, and orange juice. Beat withan electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in sourcream.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine fruits.Gently fold in orange dressing. Cover,and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
