Orange Cinnamon Breakfast Boost.

Whirl together orange juice, vanilla yogurt,chunks of fresh orange and cinnamon for a quick and tasty boost-in-a-glassbreakfast.

Recipe: Orange Cinnamon BreakfastBoost

2 cups (16 ounces) 100% Florida orangejuice1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1 Florida navel orange, peeled and cutinto one-inch chunks1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Place all ingredients into a blender containerand blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

    Makes 2 servings.
