This orange banana smoothie tastes as goodas it is quick and easy.

Recipe: Orange-Banana Smoothie

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup ice cubes

  • In a blender combine orange juice, creamer,bananas and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 servings.
