1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 2 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 2/3 cup cold water
In a small bowl combine melted butterand dry onion soup mix. Spread half evenly in a 9-inch squarepan.
In a medium bowl blend together biscuitbaking mix, chopped parsley, and cold water. Stir until a softdough forms, mixing just until blended. Drop by teaspoonfulsonto the soup mixture. Sprinkle the remaining soup mixture overthe dough.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Separate to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
