One-Bowl Chocolate Cake recipe

Toss all the ingredients in one mixingbowl, mix, pour into a baking pan and bake…and you’ve got adeliciously easy homemade chocolate cake!

Recipe: One-Bowl ChocolateCake

2 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups granulated sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup water3 large eggs1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  • In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa,butter, water, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla;with an electric mixer on medium speed beat until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in panon wire rack.
  • Frost as desired.

    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
